Common Questions

I don't have the energy to do another program.
That's completely valid. From Flare to Flow™ is self-paced and organized by your energy color — you don't follow modules in order. You start where you are, use what helps, and stop when you need to. There is no schedule to keep up with. It's okay to stop.
What if I don't finish?
You don't need to. Completion is not required. The Stop Point Rule is built into every module. This program is designed so that even one tool can make a difference. No pressure.
I've tried pacing and planners before.
This isn't a planner. It's a capacity navigation system built specifically for unpredictable energy. It doesn't ask you to predict your day — it helps you respond to the day you're actually having.
What if I slide back after making progress?
There is an entire module — the relapse protocol — dedicated to exactly that. Sliding back is expected, not a failure. The Purple re-entry tools help you restart without shame or guilt.
Is this productivity coaching?
